HyperOS Debloat Commander Release V17.1
Bump version to v17.1 and introduce several UX and performance improvements: add China-ROM packages to the safe list (yellowpage, pass, mipay), refine displayed titles and banners, and add a :CACHE_DEVICE_STATE subroutine that snapshots pm list output to high-speed local files (adb_all/adb_active/adb_disabled). The interactive explorer and state checks now use the local cache instead of repeated live ADB queries to reduce I/O latency and speed up filtering. Added a Refresh Device Cache menu option and auto-sync calls after actions and on task completion. Switched debloat strategy to a safer default (pm uninstall -k --user 0) and simplified interactive choices (removed separate destructive freeze/uninstall options), plus context-aware smart filtering to auto-skip already-processed apps. Misc: updated app labels for new entries, adjusted prompts/menus, logging tweaks, and minor formatting fixes.
