Italian localization polish and a CI unblock. No database migrations; no breaking changes.

Changed

  • Italian translations de-anglicized for consistency. The Italian locale now uses native terms across the whole catalog: "spotting" → "perdite" in the flow and symptom labels and the onboarding/dashboard tips that reference them, and "export" (noun) → "esportazione" in the import, privacy, and data copy — with a gender-agreement fix in the invalid-import message ("un'esportazione … valida"). (#263, #264)

Fixed

  • Merges unblocked in CI. Dropped the brace-expansion override that had itself become the advisory finding scanned by trivy-fs, and the Codecov gate that was failing required checks. (#262)
