Update to v0.3.0

Change log:

• Follow upstream update to v0.3.0. But it DOESN'T work with umtx2 on low FW 1.00 - 5.00. (I tried so many ways but it just would fail with error 'System out of memory' on FW 4.03 as I tested.)
• Added ESP8266-12F build path. But not tested, needs responses.

So if you're fine with v0.2.1, then keep using it and no need to update.
