Epo v3.0.2
Immutable
release. Only release title and notes can be modified.
macOS (Apple silicon · Intel)
Windows 10 / 11
open source (MIT)
local-first
- macOS builds now open the normal way. v3.0.0 and v3.0.1 hit Gatekeeper's
"Epo is damaged" dead end on Apple silicon; the app is now properly
ad-hoc signed, so first launch is just System Settings → Privacy &
Security → Open Anyway. - Update checks stay quiet on builds that cannot self-update instead of
showing an error in Settings → Updates.
Every commit since v3.0.1
- release: v3.0.2 — ad-hoc sign macOS builds; quiet no-feed update checks (
e3e8656)
macOS — download Epo-3.0.2-arm64.dmg (Apple silicon) or
Epo-3.0.2-x64.dmg (Intel), open it, and drag Epo to
Applications. The builds are not notarized yet, so macOS blocks the first
launch: open Epo once, dismiss the dialog, then System Settings →
Privacy & Security → Open Anyway (needed once).
Windows — download Epo-Setup-3.0.2.exe (recommended — it
updates itself from here on) or Epo-3.0.2-portable.exe.
SmartScreen may warn on first run: More info → Run anyway.
Already running Epo? Windows installs update themselves in the
background; macOS shows the new version in Settings → Updates and brings
you here.
- Your database, settings, and Instagram session carry over — updating is a
drop-in replacement. - The
.zip,.blockmap, andlatest*.ymlassets below are the
self-updater's feed; every file stays attached. - Epo acts on your Instagram account; use it at your own risk (see the
README).
