NotiGlow v1.5 delivers key visual enhancements, animation engine refinements, built-in AI application profiles, and layout polish while maintaining full Reduce Motion accessibility.

🌟 Highlights

  • Targeted Click Animations: Click depress animations are strictly isolated to the clicked button, preventing unintended card/container scale effects.
  • RGB Spectrum on All Glow Layers: Dynamic multi-stop neon RGB spectrum is now rendered across all border and ambient glow layers (primary, secondary, soft outer, and wave layers).
  • Refined Ripple Shockwave: Annular ring geometry with dynamic aspect-ratio compensation ensures concentric shockwave rings expand uniformly and reach all screen corners simultaneously.
  • Comet Glow Enhancement: Dual-layer high-contrast head and tail rendering with increased luminous intensity for high visibility on all display types.
  • Wide-Beam Sweep: Enhanced sweep beam with feathered multi-stage gradient falloff for a smooth, visible perimeter sweep without harsh edge artifacts.
  • Built-in AI Application Profiles: Ready-to-use profiles for Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and Google Gemini with tailored color schemes and process detection.

🎨 UI & Layout Improvements

  • Button Click Animation Isolation: ButtonPressAnimationBehavior inspects interaction sources so clicking buttons inside cards or list items scales only the targeted button rather than parent containers.
  • Collapsed Sidebar Icon Alignment: Standardized 48px rail centering ensures icons remain perfectly centered in collapsed mode with smooth hover feedback.
  • Applications View AI Presets: Added pre-configured presets for leading AI tools:

  • Aspect-Compensated Ripple: Concentric annular wave ring geometry dynamically adapts to screen aspect ratios, preventing premature clipping at top/bottom or lateral edges.
  • Strengthened Comet: Dual-layer luminous head with enhanced trail persistence provides clear perimeter tracing even over bright wallpapers.
  • Enhanced Sweep: Widened sweep beam with smooth feathered boundaries eliminates thin stripe rendering and provides a clean, premium perimeter beam effect.
  • Reduce Motion Compatibility: All glow animations, scale transitions, and hover states instantly bypass time-based interpolation when Reduce Motion is enabled.
