Load user avatar via PHP instead of JavaScript

The user avatar should be outputted by PHP instead of being inserted by JavaScript to speed up page load time. (or at least the perceived load time of the header)

This will also enable us to prevent the searchbox from jumping 32 pixels to the right at each page load for users that don't have an avatar.

The avatar should be there if the user haven't specified one.

Colored placeholder with letter is this fallback and is just present in the user list or the contacts app.

I'll take a look into loading the avatar in the header via php instead of JS (and whether that actually works, the way we need it to work).

@Kondou-ger it should be possible with disabling the JS part and something like this in core/templates/layout.user.php:

Not a very nice solution though :)
