Q: if you need to run the ./occ db:convert-mysql-charset manually because of post setup upgrade, how is the config parameter handled afterwards?
Does it need a manual change in config.php, is it done automatically by occ, if not - is there a note beeing printed by the command to do so, what happens if the command run but the setting has not been changed?
