Bug fix: `DbUrlEnvironmentPostProcessor` introduced in 0.28.13 was registered only via the Spring Boot 3-style `.imports` file, which Boot 2.7's `EnvironmentPostProcessorApplicationListener` doesn't read for this extension point. Consequence on Boot 2.7 consumers: EPP never instantiated, `spring.datasource.url` never installed from `DB_CONNECTION_STRING`, Hikari failed with a null URL — silently, with no log line or error.

This release adds the corresponding `META-INF/spring.factories` registration so the EPP is discoverable on both Boot 2.7 and 3.x. New `DbUrlEnvironmentPostProcessorDiscoveryTest` asserts both files exist and reference the EPP FQN, so the same silent-miss can't regress.

If you're on Boot 2.7 and tried 0.28.13: bump to 0.28.14 and the EPP loads transparently. If you're on Boot 3.x: 0.28.13 worked fine; 0.28.14 is a no-op for you.
