Drove v0.4.0-alpha.2
Experimental alpha release of the independent Drove prepared-state test runner.
The four attached native Drover archives target glibc 2.31+ Linux and macOS on x86_64 and ARM64. Alpine and other musl systems are not supported.
The exact-tree split Laravel develop commit verified before publication was 4431022833d24ec9837c311bd38cdd3d0eabe625. Its identically named tag remains a separate repository promotion.
Each archive has a SHA-256 checksum, normalized provenance manifest, and GitHub build-provenance attestation. Verify with gh attestation verify <archive> --repo oxhq/drove --signer-workflow github.com/oxhq/drove/.github/workflows/native-release.yml --source-digest 7280da9a2ec5ad01ecdf9aec243588172ec54ce6 --source-ref refs/tags/v0.4.0-alpha.2 --deny-self-hosted-runners.
Bridge Coverage gates PCOV 1.0.12 line coverage only through the Pest/PHPUnit bridge. The native frontend rejects coverage options and does not declare coverage support.
Native guarantees, bridge-only compatibility, unsupported surfaces, and migration guidance are versioned in the tagged README and docs. CI artifacts do not by themselves establish the external design-partner gate.
This technical evaluation release intentionally makes no external-validation claim; it exists so unaffiliated teams can produce evidence for the later candidate.
Historical repository tags through v5.0.1 belong to the Pest lineage and are not prior Drove releases.
