• Classify assistant answer text and reasoning at the protocol adapter boundary. Unknown provider extensions are ignored instead of guessed from prose or model names.
• Add provider and model responsePolicy overrides for chat-completions fields, preserved through configuration loading, overlays, saving, client attachment, and model switching.
• Preserve mixed answer, reasoning, and tool output in chat streams and transcripts. Repeated structured reasoning parts are retained while equal same-chunk field aliases are deduplicated.
• Route Responses output by item identity and content index, preserve canonical completed-message ordering, and reconcile valid final snapshots without duplicating streamed bytes. Commentary and final-answer phases survive replay; encrypted reasoning is never displayed as plain text.

Tests and documentation

• Include queue and scripted-client modules in the test root.
• Fix the resume-sort fixture's Windows-only path-equality assumption while retaining its grouping and ordering assertions.
• Refresh repository guidance, build notes, configuration documentation, and code-intelligence instructions.

Validation: the full optimized Zig test suite and Lua plugin suite pass. The default Debug test build still encounters the previously documented Zig compiler SIGSEGV.

• Keep the timeline focused on the latest conversation message when token usage metadata is the session leaf, while preserving snapshot navigation.

Validation

• The timeline regression test passed in ReleaseFast mode; formatting and diff checks passed.
• Local Debug tests were blocked by a Zig compiler segmentation fault also reproduced on the preceding commit.
