Words starting or ending with pattern

The Home and End keys can be used anytime during a search session to show, in real time, all the words starting or ending with the current pattern.

Example showing how to restrict a substring search to words starting with the pattern by using the Home key:

This also works with the other search methods but it is less demonstrative.
