Stall in disulfide analysis of a single bruker DDA-PASEF file

Thanks for making pLink. I'm a new user, trying to find disulfides in data from bruker dda pasef. This is a small, 8 protein database. The process stalls every time during the spectrum loading. See below. No error message. No activity in the Task Manager. Just a couple of idle java processes and no memory consumption.
