Adds the concept-intersections family, ported from the R twin.

scopus_intersections() sizes a named set of concepts and their overlaps straight from the count endpoint, one cheap request per row and no harvest. Concept values may be bare terms wrapped in a field tag, or complete field-tagged expressions used as given. plot_scopus_intersections() draws the result as a log-scale lollipop chart with the focal set accented.
