This PR surfaces backend environment information in the account debug UI. It adds a new
nevermind:debug-statusIPC handler that returns the client, active, and backend environment status (including backend version from the compatibility manifest). The account extension now includes a "Backend Status" item in both search and root views, showing the client environment, active environment/baseUrl, and server environment/version, with a mismatch warning indicator when the active client environment differs from the backend's reported environment. The compatibility manifest type is extended to optionally include backend environment and version metadata.
