Core One firmware v0.13.0-core-one.1 — Prusa Core One+ open-firmware port

⚠️ REFLASH THE F427 FOR THIS BUILD. It carries an F427 firmware change (MCU-side ILI9488 glyph
expansion). The version string does not change (moving tag), so Moonraker/Mainsail show no update —
this notice is the signal. Flash klipper-f427-coexist.bbf (USB stick) or .bin (SWD).
H503 unchanged — no H503 reflash.

Open-firmware port for the Prusa Core One+ (a Klipper fork): open-loop phase-stepping with MCU-side
input shaping, temperature-robust validated homing, loadcell Z-probe + clog detection, an H503 enclosure
MCU, per-tool filament profiles, and more. This is a rolling release on a moving tag — see
CHANGES.md for the full,
dated modification list (GPLv3 §5 disclosure).

Latest change: MCU-side ILI9488 glyph expansion — the host now sends one 16-byte bitmap per
character and the F427 expands it (≈72 display messages → 1, ~98.6% fewer command-link messages), removing
the link flood implicated in the original loadcell shutdowns. Pixel-identical output, visibly snappier;
hardware-validated. The host auto-falls-back to the old pixel path on older firmware, so a host-only update
cannot break — but you lose the improvement until you reflash.

Main board (STM32F427 xBuddy)

• klipper-f427-coexist.bbf — USB-stick flashable via the Prusa bootloader (the path most owners use):
  copy to a FAT32 stick as firmware.bbf, insert, power-cycle, accept the unsigned prompt. 60316 B.
• klipper-f427-coexist.bin — raw firmware, vectors @ 0x08020200 (coexist behind the Prusa
  bootloader at 0x08000000), 59740 B, sha256 670edc8916b6a8a1…. Flash via SWD.

Enclosure MCU (STM32H503 xBuddy-extension) — unchanged this release

klipper-h503-puppy.bin / klipper-h503-autoboot-combined.bin / klipper-h503-noboot.bin as previously
published. This update is F427-only.

Host↔MCU Klipper versions must agree — run the matching host (klippy/) from this same tag.
