v0.1.2.1 — source build hotfix

  • Fixed building PaddleBoard from this repository failing with couldn't read .claude/commands/update-tour.md (and similar) — the AI Dock's bundled skill bodies are now embedded from assets/ai_dock/skills/, which ships in the source snapshot. Fresh clones compile again on all platforms.
  • Added BUILDING.md — PaddleBoard-specific build prerequisites and commands for macOS, Linux, and Windows (the previously linked guides were Zed's and pointed at the Zed repository).

No app behavior changes — if v0.1.2 already built for you, there's nothing new here.
