Three new CLI commands for advanced shell script testing:

bashrs playbook - State Machine Testing

bashrs playbook install.playbook.yaml --run

Execute playbook-driven state machine tests with YAML-based test definitions.

bashrs mutate - Mutation Testing

bashrs mutate script.sh --count 10

Apply 10 mutation operators to verify test quality:

• String mutations (quote changes, escape modifications)
• Command substitutions
• Conditional inversions
• Redirect modifications
• Variable transformations

bashrs simulate - Deterministic Simulation

bashrs simulate script.sh --seed 42 --verify

Replay script execution with deterministic seeding for reproducible debugging.
