- added low lying states for Strontium again (with more accurate energies from NIST and new model potential)
- using ryd-numerov v0.6.0 with various other improvements

- Include all states with principal quantum number up to n = 220
- Include matrix elements for |n_initial - n_final| <= max_delta_n = 10 (but all matrix elements with n <= 30 for accurate lifetimes)
