Fixes
- Previously, get_audio_devices() filtered out all non-capture-card audio devices when a known capture card was present.
- This meant webcam and other audio inputs were hidden from the dropdown entirely.
Internals
- Now all ALSA devices are always shown, with known capture card brands sorted to the top of the list for default selection.
- Updated the brand list with current consumer capture card manufacturers.
