修复 API Bot 的凭据读取与重试体验。

  • 读取已保存的 API Key 失败时自动进行有限重试，等待期间可停止。
  • 修复凭据读取失败后无法再次重试的问题；恢复系统授权后可重试原请求。
  • 改善 macOS 钥匙串访问提示。如果曾拒绝授权，请允许应用访问后再重试。
  • Bot 连接测试和总指挥现在会明确提示本机凭据访问问题。
  • 对无法重试的历史回答显示清晰提示，方便重新发送消息。

安装包：macOS Universal（Intel / Apple Silicon）和 Windows x64。

Improves saved API key access and retry handling for API Bots.

  • Automatically retries failed credential reads a limited number of times; you can stop while waiting.
  • Fixes retry failures after a saved key could not be read. Retry the original request after restoring system access.
  • Clarifies macOS Keychain access errors. If you denied access, allow the app to access Keychain before retrying.
  • Connection tests and coordinator failures now identify local credential access issues.
  • Shows a clear message when an older response cannot be retried.
