Complete plugin rewrite with admin settings page v2.0
- Add admin settings page with configurable post types, statuses, category exclusion
- Add two REST API endpoints: public (/export) and admin (/posts)
- Extend API parameters: page, items, order, orderby, status, type, exclude_cat, search, author, year, monthnum, debug
- Add modern admin UI with sidebar layout
- Add proper sanitize_callback and wp_unslash for security
- Update readme.txt and README.md documentation
