🔧 Perbaikan Signature Conflict Handling

Prompt konfirmasi uninstall/batal kini seragam di semua command
(run, release, watch) saat terjadi INSTALL_FAILED_UPDATE_INCOMPATIBLE
Sebelumnya debug dan release punya behavior berbeda saat konflik
signature — kini identik apapun arah konfliknya (debug → release
maupun release → debug)
