Run lint check(s) for PRs and pushes

It would be good to run one or more lint checkers on PRs to make sure the formatting is clean and readable. I know lintr works for qmd files; maybe air, etc do as well?

Air doesn't work on qmd files but there is a tool called Panache for that.

Jarl works on qmd.
