Implement comprehensive Domain-Driven Design (DDD) internal architecture and multi-language codebase extraction (Bounded Contexts, Aggregate Roots, Value Objects, Domain Events, Repositories, Domain Services), combined with 1-click GitHub repository cloning, workspace synchronization, and automated background scanning.

Added

  • Domain-Driven Design (DDD) Internal Architecture:
    • Re-architected codebone internally with clean Hexagonal/DDD layers:
      • src/domain/: Pure domain models (ArchitectureGraph aggregate root, BoundedContext, DDDRole, TacticalSymbol, FileRecord) and ports (StoragePort, AnalysisProviderPort).
      • src/application/: Dedicated application use-cases (GetArchitectureContextUseCase, ScanProjectUseCase, ReconcileArchitectureUseCase, AddGitHubRepositoryUseCase).
    • Seamlessly bound use cases to CodeBoneService (context_use_case, scan_use_case, reconcile_use_case, github_use_case).
  • Tactical & Strategic DDD Codebase Extractor:
    • Deterministic AST and pattern extractor (src/domain/extractor.py) across Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, Go, Rust, Java, and C#.
    • Automatic strategic Bounded Context inference from directory topologies.
    • Tactical extraction of Aggregate Roots, Value Objects, Domain Events, Repositories, and Domain Services.
  • Rich DDD Context for AI Agents:
    • cb() overview and search formatting now render ## Bounded Contexts and ## Entities (Aggregates, Value Objects, Repositories, Domain Services) with precise role badges ([Context: ...] [Aggregate Root: ...]).
  • Native GitHub Repository Connection:
    • Add projects by URL (https://github.com/owner/repo, git@github.com:...) or slug (owner/repo) directly into managed workspace ~/CodeboneProjects/.
    • Fast shallow clone (--depth 1) with automatic fallback to zip archive download.
    • Native macOS menu bar dialog (Projects > + Add GitHub Repo...) with background download & instant scan.
    • 1-Click Sync / Git Pull action in project submenus for fast-forward updating and incremental scanning.
    • REST API endpoint (POST /codebone/projects/add_github) and MCP tool (codebone_add_github_repo).

Changed

  • Entity Indexing & Persistence: Extended SQLite schema and inverted index to persist and query tactical DDD components and bounded contexts with zero overhead.
  • Documentation & Consistency: Bumped project version to 1.8 across package manifests, Homebrew formula, badges, and documentation.
