🍉 Watermelon Workbench 0.1.3

Review-fix release for Obsidian community plugin submission.

Renamed the settings heading to avoid repeating the plugin name in the settings tab.

This release keeps the same user-facing writing features as 0.1.2, while addressing an automated review error.
