v3.13.0

v3.13.0 (2026-10-06)

🐛 Bug Fixes

• declare a non-integer parameter numeric, not float8 (341f343)
• write an undeclared parameter the way pg writes one (a11a9af)
• a pre-2000 date was encoded a day late (4f0b251)

⚡ Performance and Optimizations

• bind a reused Date against the type the server resolved (11cfb77)
• assemble a statement from a view of the Bind, not a copy of it (3e217e6)

🧪 Tests

• build the two zone-sensitive date cases from local parts (26f92ce)

🧹 Chores

• sync lockfile (61890c9)
• remove unused .ncurc.yml configuration file (27f7305)
