Improved — Recent Projects mirrors Recent Sessions

The launcher's Recent Projects section showed every project inline — three featured cards followed by an unbounded list of compact rows. With enough projects that list ran on indefinitely, pushing everything below it off-screen.

It now follows the same three-tier shape as the Continue (sessions) section:

  • Top 3 as cards, next 5 as compact rows — the section no longer grows unbounded with the project count.
  • All Projects overlay — once there are more than eight projects, an "All Projects" button in the section header opens a full-screen, searchable list of every project, mirroring the existing "All Sessions" overlay.
  • The redundant "All Projects" sub-heading between the cards and rows is gone, and the top-3 cards are now simply the three most recent (the previous 14-day "featured" cutoff is dropped).
