• Refined session titles survive resume — reopening a session reverted its launcher "Recent sessions" row (and ProjectPanel row) to the mode default ("WebCraft session") plus the first-message preview, discarding the semantic title and one-line summary the agent had written via pneuma session refine. Two write paths rebuilt the session metadata from scratch on every launch — the global ~/.pneuma/sessions.json entry and the canonical session.json — preserving a manual sessionName but dropping the refined displayName / description / refinedAt trio. Both now merge-preserve the refined fields (registry via pickRefinedMeta, session.json via preserveRefinedSessionMeta), as does the project-import path. Sessions that already reverted before this fix need a one-time re-refine; going forward they hold.
