• Chinese README caught up with the English one — README.zh.md had drifted about two months behind. It was missing the wordtaste mode from both the mode table and the CLI mode list, missing the entire library subcommand family (init / link / list / sync / publish / push / unlink), missing cosmos from the CLI mode list, still described mode add as single-mode-only, and still documented the Kimi backend as kimi --print … stream-json — an invocation the current binary no longer accepts. The release checklist in AGENTS.md now names README.zh.md explicitly, since nothing else guards it and that omission is why it drifted.

Improved

• Cosmos's NOTICE reframed as provenance, not a sync baseline — the file previously read as if the pinned upstream commit were a sync target, which invites mistaking upstream's own development pace for Pneuma debt. Cosmos borrowed a schema shape, a tech-stack choice, and a UI concept, then diverged deliberately; no source file was copied. The "what we dropped" bullets are also refreshed against reality at 0.4.1: the multi-agent-pipeline bullet no longer claims Pneuma needs no such machinery (it now runs its own Workflow-backed projection on Claude Code), and the stale "v0.1 / v0.2" roadmap language is replaced with what is actually true today — still Dagre, still no tree-sitter — plus a pointer to upstream's ELK-with-containers work as an idea worth revisiting if graph sizes grow.
• Codex README documents the unhandled-notification surface — the adapter logs and drops notifications it doesn't recognise (unlike requests, which are auto-declined). As of codex-cli 0.144.6 that includes warning, remoteControl/status/changed, and thread/goal/cleared. Nothing depends on them and all six lifecycle scenarios pass; the note exists so the next person wiring a codex capability knows where to look. The existing v0.114 / v0.128 references in that README are deliberate historical anchors for specific breaking changes and are left alone.
• AGENTS.md project tree names vendor/, scripts/, public/ and dist-player/ — all four exist on disk with no mention anywhere in the document.
