Added

• FileUpload — requested by @aymkopi in #239. Pick documents, choose or take photos, and run their uploads from one
  component. Before this, an app wired up the document picker, the image picker, validation,
  progress, cancel and retry itself on every screen that took files.
  • sources offers the document picker, the photo library and the camera. With more than one,
    the trigger opens a sheet to choose from.
  • accept, maxSize, minSize, maxFiles and validate turn files away before they are
    added. onReject receives each file with its reason and a message that can be shown.
  • upload is the app's own function. It gets an AbortSignal and an onProgress callback,
    and FileUpload runs concurrency of them at a time. Each file's status lives in value, so
    a form can tell whether everything has finished. The component never makes a request
    itself, so any backend or storage provider works.
  • image resizes and compresses photos before they are added, and crop opens the system's
    crop editor for a single photo.
  • Parts: Trigger, Dropzone, List (Attachment rows with cancel, retry and remove),
    Item, and Grid (photo tiles with an add tile, progress rings and the full-screen
    viewer). useFileUpload() returns the files and the actions for anything drawn by hand.
  • Each source needs its Expo module only when it is offered. files needs the new optional
    peer expo-document-picker, and camera and library need expo-image-picker. Resizing
    needs expo-image-manipulator. All three run in Expo Go.
