v2.0.8

@panelr panelr released this 12 Oct 17:25

Panelr for WooCommerce 2.0.8

No database change. Pairs with Panelr 2.0.37 or later for extra-line bundles. Works unchanged against older Panelr.

Several lines of one plan

A new switch under Panelr → Products, "Several lines of one plan in an order", off by default. On, a customer can set a quantity on a plan and each unit becomes its own line on Panelr, so an extra-line bundle can be bought in one order. Renewals and trial plans stay at one.

Extra-line bundles

Panelr's extra-line savings show on the cart, checkout, order status and the member area the same way service bundles do, in Panelr's own words ("Bundle: Yearly (2 extra lines, 1 year, $5.00 off each extra line)"). A plan with one says its second-line price on the plans grid and on its product page.

Hand-off orders with several lines of one plan

Fixed: an order from Panelr paid through the store with several lines of the same plan only put the first line in the cart, so the store charged for one line while the order owed for all of them. Every line goes in now and the store charges the full order.

Updates

New versions show under Plugins and on the Dashboard with their changelog. Install them there, or turn on WordPress's own auto-updates for the plugin. "Check for updates now" sits on the Connection tab.

v2.0.7

@panelr panelr released this 23 Sep 01:23

2.0.7

  • Bundle discounts and service-limited codes from Panelr show and charge correctly. The store asks Panelr what the cart costs and adds one line per bundle, then the code, then the payment method's fee, so the customer pays exactly what Panelr records.
  • Your own product prices are what Panelr's rules apply to. A price you edited in WooCommerce stays the price.
  • Orders handed over from Panelr show their bundle lines. Bundle rows appear on the order status page and in the member area's orders.
  • If Panelr cannot be reached to price the cart, checkout waits with a notice instead of charging the wrong amount. On a Panelr older than 2.0.9 the store prices carts the old way and says so under Panelr settings.
  • Channel groups from Panelr show in the member area's Channels panel as one choice each, with the group's icon, name and package count, under a Groups heading. Packages in a group are not listed on their own; the rest sit under Individual. Ticking a group gives the customer everything in it. Both headings can be renamed under Wording.
  • Tested up to WordPress 7.1 and WooCommerce 11.2.

v2.0.6

@panelr panelr released this 22 Sep 15:34

2.0.6

  • New Wording tab: your own word for connection, service, plan, host, M3U link, EPG link and the rest, used everywhere the store shows it. "Use neutral wording" fills them all in one click.
  • Switches to leave the order type, connection name or service off order lines, and the connection count off plans.
  • Plan descriptions can stay the store's own instead of being copied from Panelr.
  • Tested up to WordPress 7.1 and WooCommerce 11.2.

v2.0.5

@panelr panelr released this 14 Sep 04:31

2.0.5

  • Orders handed over from Panelr are paid exactly as priced: lines can't be removed, resized or added to in the cart.
  • Bank transfer, cheque and cash on delivery orders reach Panelr when marked paid in WooCommerce.

2.0.4

  • Orders handed over from Panelr are paid exactly as priced: lines can't be removed, resized or added to in the cart.
  • Bank transfer, cheque and cash on delivery orders reach Panelr when marked paid in WooCommerce.

v2.0.3

@panelr panelr released this 14 Sep 03:47

No database change. Requires WordPress 6.0+, WooCommerce 7.2+, PHP 8.0+, and a Panelr 2.0 installation.

Sold as: one product per service, or one per plan

Each service can now be sold as one product with its plans as options (a Plan dropdown), or as a product for each plan as before. Choose under Panelr → Services → Sold as. Switching refiles the plans on the spot. The products you had are kept as drafts, never deleted, and come back if you switch back. Trial plans stay private products of their own.

Store name per plan

The name a plan is shown under on this store is edited in the Products table and saved as you type. It overrides Panelr's name in the shop, the cart, order emails and the member area, and no sync changes it, whatever the "Replace my own edits" switch says. Clear it to go back to Panelr's name. The name follows the plan if you change how the service is sold.

Also in this release

  • A service's setup steps in the member area are shown exactly as written in Panelr, line breaks kept, instead of being renumbered as a list.
  • Options that are switched off are left out of the Plan dropdown instead of showing as unavailable. Two plans with the same name are told apart by their connections and term.
  • Renaming a service under "Shown on this store as" no longer creates a second product category for it.

Upgrading

Upload the new zip over the old plugin folder, or update from the plugins page. Existing stores keep "A product for each plan" for every service until you change it.

v2.0.2

@panelr panelr released this 13 Sep 18:24

2.0.2

  • Member area connection details are rendered from the connection object Panelr now returns on get_lines and verify_login.
  • The kind of service decides which rows show and what they are called: Xtream Codes, playlist link, MAC address, app sign-in or activation code.
  • Playlist and EPG links appear only for services that have them. App sign-ins and codes get none.
  • The server address is left out when Panelr hides it for that service.
  • New "How to connect" block under the details: the service's sentence and numbered setup steps.
  • A download button per app, with its platforms and downloader code where set.
  • New strings for translation: Playlist links, How to connect, Apps, Downloader code.
  • No database change. Needs Panelr's 11 September 2026 release for the new details; on an older Panelr the member area shows the previous host, username, password, MAC, M3U and EPG rows unchanged.

@panelr panelr released this 07 Sep 18:23

Credits work with the WooCommerce block checkout

Credits only worked with the classic checkout. On the block checkout, which is the WooCommerce
default, the credits option did not appear, so a credits-only cart had no way to pay and the
order could not be placed.

Also in this release

  • Orders check their status with Panelr using the account email instead of the WooCommerce
    billing email. When the two were different, orders never reached Completed, connection details
    did not appear on the thank-you page, and balance payments were not recorded.
  • A renewal shows on the account page right away instead of up to five minutes later.
  • Orders are filed under the Panelr account signed in at checkout, not the prefilled billing email.
  • Registration tells an existing account to sign in, and sends a setup link to an email on file
    without a password.
  • An API address ending in a folder called "api" is no longer trimmed.

Upgrading

No database change. Install over the top.

v2.0.0

Choose a tag to compare

@panelr panelr released this 05 Sep 15:31

Rebuilt for Panelr 2.0. Stores on 1.0.1 upgrade in place; everything you relied on keeps working. See "What changed from version 1" in the README for the six places behaviour differs.

New

  • Several services per store, each with its own plans, category and name on products, cart and orders.
  • Member accounts: sign in, password reset, email confirmation, account details, linked Telegram and Discord chats, contact preference.
  • Connections tab with rename, days left, Renew, Channels (Live TV, Movies and Series tabs) and Details on demand.
  • Orders, Credits, Support and Apps tabs, plus [panelr_support], [panelr_apps], [panelr_plans] and [panelr_services] shortcodes.
  • Invite codes and credits: pay with credits on products and renewals, sign-up credits, share links.
  • Coupons from WooCommerce or Panelr.
  • Orders reach Panelr the moment WooCommerce creates them, with retries, polling and a Panelr → Orders screen.
  • Trials per service with Cloudflare Turnstile.
  • Checkout hand-off: Panelr's own checkout can send an order to this store to be paid.
  • Themeable templates under templates/panelr/, a top-level Panelr menu, and page-cache safety for member pages.

Changed

  • Sign-in is the account, not a line. Line credentials still open the limited view.
  • Payment instructions come from Panelr.

Removed

  • The payment mode map, the trial product setting, the old activation wrappers, and cleartext credentials in the session.

Upgrading

Upload the zip over the installed plugin, then purge your page cache once. Requires WooCommerce and a Panelr 2.0 installation.

Panelr for WooCommerce — v1.0.1 Release Notes

Security & Performance

  • Replaced inline <script> tags with proper wp_enqueue calls across two files, improving compatibility, cacheability, and Content Security Policy (CSP) compliance.
  • Order status payment form (class-panelr-order-status.php): Extracted ~30 lines of inline jQuery into a new assets/js/order-status.js file. Script is conditionally enqueued only when the manual payment form is rendered. All dynamic values and translatable strings are passed via wp_localize_script().
  • Upgrade page auto-verify (class-panelr-upgrade.php): Replaced inline <script> with wp_add_inline_script() attached to the existing panelr-upgrade handle. Token output now uses wp_json_encode() for safer escaping.

Plugin Dependencies

  • Added Requires Plugins: woocommerce header to the main plugin file. On WordPress 6.5+, this ensures WooCommerce is installed and active before Panelr can be activated.
