New Features

• Added hasClaimedTasks() method - New method to check if there are any tasks currently being processed by workers (#28)
  • Returns true if there are tasks in the claimed space
  • Returns false if no tasks are currently claimed
  • Available on both TaskQueue and SimpleTaskQueue interfaces

Bug Fixes

• Fixed critical bug in expired task reclamation - Expired tasks are now properly moved to their new expiration slot when reclaimed (#28)
  • Previously, reclaimed expired tasks were not being moved from their old slot to the new expiration slot in the claimed space
  • This could cause hasClaimedTasks() to incorrectly return true even after all tasks were completed
  • The fix ensures tasks are properly cleared from old slots and stored in new ones when their expiration time changes

Testing

• Added comprehensive tests for hasClaimedTasks() functionality
• Added specific test to verify expired task reclamation properly moves tasks in claimed space
