Bugs Fixed:

Policies > Deploy offered policies of any device type (e.g. a Cisco policy for a MikroTik group) - now a new Device type column comes first, then Group and then Policy unlock in turn, each showing only that device type
MikroTik devices on RouterOS 6.x failed to back up ("No such file or directory") - RouterOS 6 has no "show-sensitive" export option, so the export is now retried the RouterOS 6 way, and a failed backup no longer leaves its .backup file behind on the router

Modifications:

Forms throughout the app: a little space between each field's title and its box, between the box and its help text, and below information boxes (e.g. Security > Firewall), so they no longer touch
Security > Firewall: the Description box now sits next to the IP address box instead of underneath it
Data folder renamed from C:\ProgramData\NSS MikroTIK Manager to C:\ProgramData\Network Device Manager - moved automatically on upgrade (database, backups, logs), with Settings > Backup's folders updated to match
Policies, Groups, Deploy and Security > Firewall tables: drag a column header's right edge to make it wider or narrower, same as Resources/Schedulers/Backups
Policies > Groups: each group now has one Device type, chosen first - only resources of that type can be added (new Device type column on the Groups list). Existing groups are deleted once when upgrading to this version and need recreating

Settings > WEB > Restart Now: when running as the Windows Service, the service now comes back up by itself instead of staying stopped until started by hand
Settings > WEB > Restart Now (console mode): the restarted program now runs hidden in the background, instead of leaving a black console window open that stopped the program when closed

Resources can now be marked Active/Inactive (Edit page). Inactive devices are skipped by scheduled backups and by bulk Check/Backup, their Check/Backup/Upgrade buttons are disabled, their name shows in red with Status/Last Backup left blank, and a new Active/Inactive/All filter button next to Columns filters the list accordingly (default: All)
Settings > WEB: set a host name, generate a self-signed TLS certificate with a chosen validity period (default 365 days), or upload your own certificate and private key instead
Settings > WEB: a Restart Now button to restart the program from the browser, no need to find and relaunch it by hand

Check on a Cisco device now fills in Version and Model (via "show version") instead of reporting OK with both left blank
Policies > Deploy now works on Cisco devices (runs the script in one interactive session, using the Enable password if set), stops at the first line the device rejects, and shows the device's exact reply - failures no longer show a blank "Error:"

Modifications:

Resources page: the Upgrade button now sits after Delete and is filled blue, and is no longer shown for Cisco devices (firmware upgrade is MikroTik-only)

NDM Version 1.3.1

Features added:

Security page reorganized into Portal / Database / Firewall sections, matching Settings
Logging in now also requires a username, set on first login after upgrading - existing passwords keep working unchanged in the meantime
New Firewall section: restrict access to specific IP addresses or ranges - this machine itself is always allowed, so it's never possible to lock yourself out
The login page now remembers your username after you use it once, so you don't have to retype it every time
Deleting a resource with existing backups now asks - in a themed dialog matching the rest of the app - whether to keep them or delete them; kept backups move to a configurable Old-Backups folder (Settings > Backup), deleted ones are permanently removed
