The following documentation describes what pants tailor does but not when a pants user would want to use it in the context of a particular workflow:

Is there any document that describes a pants user's workflow? For example, run pants tailor before doing this or that or gotchas such as the subcommand is not intended to be used for renaming or deleting BUILD files, etc?
