Run the following to combine the parts:
cat ubuntu-vmi.qcow2.zst.part_* > ubuntu-vmi.qcow2.zst
Copy /usr/share/ovmf/x64/OVMF_VARS.4m.fd to the vm directory
Then you can unzstd as normal
