Fork of ircmaxell/RandomLib, with the following changes:

  • No PHP 7.1 warnings because of mcrypt.
  • Better classification of source/mixer strength.
  • Type-safety (verified by vimeo/psalm).
  • Use libsodium.
  • No more /dev/random, only /dev/urandom.
