Changes

  1. Internal refactors (no breaking interface changes).

  3. Points the pchain-world-state dependency to use v0.4.2 deployed on crates.io, ensuring reproducible builds.

Compatibility

This release implements the Transition V1 function as specified in ParallelChain Protocol v0.4. It does not introduce any breaking changes over the previous release (v0.4.2)
