Neutral fixture names and comments (#321)

Test fixtures, tool descriptions, the system prompt's example request, code comments, and the help guide use generic system and host names (vega, juno, example hosts), and the CFD training workflow's account field ships empty instead of a preset. No behavior change; 138 server and 9 web tests pass.
