  • TraceLab Empirical Alignment: UW SyFi coding agent token ratio parity (99.71% in / 0.29% out).
  • Diagnostic Telemetry: Enhanced system diagnostics in `anticharon test`.

This is a pre-public release for selected beta testers, with complete functionality, for testing. There is some backlog of upgrades and new features before turning the repo public.
