Genesis

Pallet-revive genesis state, for a chain that should carry DotNS from block zero
rather than deploying it afterwards.

• dotns-genesis-testnet.json — registry initialised with the .testnet TLD, so it suits testnet networks only (this is what previewnet uses). Not for a production chain.
• Contract addresses are in deployments.json; they derive from the CREATE3 factory, not from the TLD.

Addresses are unchanged since v0.6.0.
