• handleAccountGet and handleAccountGetAlias no longer throw on unsigned hosts (#31, reported and initial fix by @BigTava).

When accounts: [] (no signed-in user), both handlers indexed pairs[0] without a guard, surfacing a synchronous TypeError instead of a protocol-level response. They now return err(new RequestCredentialsErr.NotConnected(undefined)), matching how polkadot-desktop reports getProductAccount / getProductAccountAlias calls made before login.

The productAccounts override branch still wins for explicitly mapped identities, so tests that pre-map accounts continue to work with accounts: [].
