Pilot Starting Balance v1.0.0

Standalone phpVMS 7 module for administrator-controlled pilot starting balances.

Included

  • Set the default balance applied once after a new pilot confirms their email.
  • Blank or zero values result in zero credit.
  • Select multiple pilots and issue a manual credit only to pilots with a zero balance.
  • Credits use the phpVMS finance journal and are recorded in an audit table.
  • Duplicate verification events cannot duplicate the registration credit.
  • Admin status page with cached GitHub update checking and a manual refresh button.

Compatibility

  • phpVMS 7 module manager
  • PHP 8.1.2 or newer

Installation

Download PilotStartingBalance.zip, then install it from Admin -> Modules -> Add New, activate the module, run the migration if needed, and clear application caches. FTP installation instructions are included in the package.

Updates are administrator-controlled; the module never replaces files automatically.
