• Add support for iteration over subdecays (PdgBranchingFraction.subdecays)
• Update "best properties" algorithm for e.g. selecting the correct mass for the various versions of the Sigma_b
• Update SQLite file with updates to PDGID.FLAGS needed for the above, fixes for the names of tetra/pentaquarks, and updated tau fit due to erratum
• Miscellaneous minor improvements and bug fixes
