The Pascal web editor runtime for @pascal-app/cli@1.0.3. The CLI downloads pascal-web-runtime-1.0.3.tar.gz the first time a command starts the editor and verifies it against the digest published inside the npm package. Offline installs can pass the archive directly: pascal editor --runtime pascal-web-runtime-1.0.3.tar.gz.
