Pascal agent skills 0.1.7

This prerelease makes the Claude Code plugin install Pascal's local MCP connector together with the public pascal-3d and furniture-fit skills.

Changes

  • Adds one credential-free local stdio MCP server that runs pascal mcp connect.
  • Keeps hosted credentials and remote endpoints out of the plugin bundle.
  • Adds fail-closed policy checks for extra servers, remote transports, headers, environment credentials, and command changes.
  • Documents the upgrade path when a prior user, project, or local Pascal MCP entry would create a second client.
  • Retains the OpenAI and OpenClaw packaging metadata from 0.1.6.

Validation

  • Public post-merge quality and cli-smoke CI passed at b0aa85c21e8598416f51778f55f441c1820f5ce2.
  • 24 focused configuration and documentation tests passed.
  • bun scripts/validate-skills.ts passed.
  • claude plugin validate . --strict passed on Claude Code 2.1.258.
  • Five fresh isolated Claude plugin installations exposed two skills and one plugin MCP server.
  • A checksum-verified preview CLI connected through the bundled server.
