First run (Windows)

1. Unzip the Windows package
2. Run once from an elevated PowerShell if needed: iSyncLocal.exe setup (installs classic Apple Mobile Device Service)
3. Plug in the iPhone, Trust this computer, then open the GUI or use the CLI
