Choose which coding agents take over your work, and a default one (SB-120). The Agents page
now starts with what matters: the default agent, the agents installed on this computer —
each with the command Switchboard runs, Enabled / Disabled for taking over work and Set default
— and the ones available to install, with their install command to copy. A disabled agent is
skipped in fallback chains and refused by switchboard continue; account switching is not
affected. Without an account, switchboard continue hands work to the default agent — on whichever
of its accounts has room, or on the OpenRouter key for Hermes and OpenCode. Fabric can read the
same default (switchboard agents status --json). CLI: switchboard agents status | enable | disable | default; MCP: switchboard_agents.

OpenCode continues your work on OpenRouter (SB-119). OpenCode joins Claude Code, Codex,
Kimi Code and Hermes: a fallback chain step or switchboard continue --account opencode opens it
with the handoff as its first message, on your saved OpenRouter key and model. Its configuration
for that session is its own; your OpenCode login, sessions and settings are not touched. A chain
that already names opencode now hands work to it instead of skipping it.

Pick the OpenRouter model from a list. The key and launch dialogs recommend five models first
— xiaomi/mimo-v2.6-pro, anthropic/claude-haiku-5.5, google/gemini-3.8-flash,
qwen/qwen3.8-flash, deepseek/deepseek-v4.1-flash — then search every OpenRouter model that can
call tools (switchboard agents models); any id typed by hand still works.

switchboard --json agents status (and MCP switchboard_agents) carries what another app needs
to read it: schema, a revision to cache by, updated_at, default_ready, and per agent its
path and argv.

Agents installed with their own installers (~/.opencode/bin, ~/.kimi-code/bin, Bun, Deno,
Volta, pnpm, Yarn, mise or asdf) are now found by the desktop app too.
