A forgotten workflow is no longer handed over (SB-129). A workflow whose executor names no
account was treated as the ordinary Claude Code's work, so every limit on that account handed it
to the next agent of the chain — even when nobody had worked on it for hours. It is now handed
over only while it is worked: its last checkpoint is at most an hour old.
