A cache command never runs past its class's share, so the disk guard's git tier — merged and pushed branches, clean worktrees and their dependencies — keeps the time 0.24.1 set aside for it. The companion plugin observatory-log is unchanged.

Fixed

  • A cache command never runs past its class's share (OBS-63): on 0.24.1 three cache commands, each inside its
    own 90–300 s timeout, ran 271 s together and took the git tier's time again. A command's timeout is now what is
    left of the share, and none starts with less than 30 s left; the rest waits for the next pass.
