First public release of the nervepack engine — a modpack for AI cognition (skills, memory, tools, and workflows in one harness).
Highlights: engine/content seam (NP_CONTENT_DIR), host-neutral onboarding contract + np-doctor, backend-neutral LLM seam (np-llm.sh), an MCP server for any MCP-speaking client, the feature-toggle system, core skills + workflow agents, the performance dashboard + session evaluator, and the first-time-user guide (docs/GETTING-STARTED.md) + MCP distribution reference (engine/onboard/MCP.md).
